If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.
In conjunction with the EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund on items returned in non-sealable condition.
Please note, we also cannot offer refund for items bought on sale. Only items bought at their original price can be refunded.
We are responsible for your parcel once it has been received at our warehouse. Items lost or damaged during transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be refunded.
How to return your order to us:
- Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating what item(s) you would like to return, the reasons for returning along with your invoice or proof of purchased.
- Once we have reviewed and approved your request, please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Please mail your return package back to us using tracked or secured shipping services. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit and cannot process any refund if items arrived defected.
- We are not responsible for the shipping cost of mailing the return items to us. These costs are non-refundable.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return goods met with all our criterias, we will proceed with refunding you as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within 2 weeks on your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not been refunded after the 2 weeks period, please follow these steps:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some times before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try our best to help you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
